If you've used my stock any time within the last several months, you might've noticed I take forever now to get back to you and even fave your work. That would be because I'm a crazy-busy college student (20 credits and working part time) and when I don't forget about this account, I don't have time to really maintain it. I have lots of photos I'd like to upload, though, and I hate it when stock accounts close, so I'm not going to shut it down or anything. I just probably won't be commenting much anymore. If you have a specific question, e-mail spinning_dolphin @ hotmail . com or I'll probably never see it.

If you want to use my stock:

Please note me or leave a comment with a link to your deviation. I want to see what you did with my stock so I can add it to my favorites. Comments on the deviations themselves or notes are probably best.
No erotic/nude/fetish pictures, please. I won't have anything up that'll work well anyway. This includes pictures that use only my background stock--I don't care who the nude is, I don't want her (or worse, him) in a picture that uses my stock.
Please don't use profanity in deviation titles. I guess I don't care a whole lot if you've got it in the description, but the titles show up on my front page, and I don't want profanity there.
Depressing/dark is fine, but no excessive blood or gore.
Magic/fantasy is fine too--I love faeries and whatnot, and you'll see some of that in my own gallery at ~the-flying-dolphin--but please, nothing Satanic or magickal or whatever. For instance, I'd rather not see myself standing on a pentagram surrounded by candles in skulls, preparing to sacrifice something. Or whatever. If you don't like that, there are a million other stock accounts out there.
Ask me about prints. If you've made something that doesn't use a picture of me, or the picture of me is no longer identifiable as such (The Warrior, the Ancient Tree, ENTRE.MOI, and Gollum are all excellent examples), I'm almost certain to approve it.

To make it easier for you to find the right picture, I've sorted my gallery into these categories. They're the only categories I use, so you won't be missing anything if you use them instead of the main gallery.

...Okay, so dA made a bunch of new stock categories--AGAIN--that probably will make everything easier, but now they've screwed up a bunch of my categories. I'll clean it up eventually, but for now, I think everything still fits. Sort of.

Nature--anything outdoors where the natural setting is the focus of the stock photo. The only thing that differentiates between "nature" and "plants", in some cases, is my own indecision and the fact that I wanted everything in one category. Lots of Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, and other stuff.
Objects--smallish things. Candles, flowers, swords, etc.
Groups--this should mean shots of more than one person, but in a few of these, it actually just means unposed shots of other people. Includes cosplayers at Senshi-con and a Renaissance Fair.
Places--many "nature" shots could go in here, but in my gallery, "places" normally means identifiable buildings, cities, and the like. Many of these will be outdoors too, but the natural setting--if there is one--won't be the main focus. In some cases the distinction between "objects" and "places" is based on nothing more than size. More Alaska, Hawaii, and Florida, primarily.
Women--posed shots, usually of me; the vast majority are full-body shots, but I was taking them longer than dA had a full-body category, so many of these are just under the general "Model > Female" classification. I'll fix that someday. Includes a lot with swords, a series in my Renaissance Fair costume, several of me as Aeris from Final Fantasy, and a few that I think make me look like an assassin. ^-^

I have a nice digital camera--Cannon PowerShot S1 IS--and I can take requests within reason, which means no nude/fetish, and I don't have all that many outfits or items that will work for stock pictures. Basically you can request anything you see me wearing or using, including any of my eight swords and daggers. I'm pretty busy, though, so unless you can be very specific and you don't ask for things I don't have, it might not get done.
